Japan Sodicki wire-cut & Seibu high precision wire-cut , the diameter of the wire range :Ф0.05~0.3mm, the machining precision±1μ m , processing tolerance up to ±1μ m , the surface roughnes can reach 0.5Raμ m ,Rz0.1, the maximum slope of processing can reach 45°, can adapt to the simple cavity to the diversification of complex shape precision machining needs.

 

EDM 镜面放电加工

先进沙迪克镜面火花机应对各种复杂零件的加工,可实现±0.003mm以内精度加工,表面粗糙度 Ra0.2μm 的镜面加工,放电清角能保证R0.03以下。

The advanced Sodick EDM can handle the procesing of all kinds of complicated parts, can achieve machining precision within ±0.03mm and surface roughness of Ra0.02μ m miror procesing . Clearance Angle can be guaranteed R0.03 or less.

 

CNC 高速加工 CNC MACHINING

目前本公司有台湾CNC高速加工中心及北京精雕机数台,主要针对钢料、铜料,及电极加工。

At present ,the company has several Taiwan CNChigh-sped machining center and Beijing fine carving machines, mainly for steel, copper, and electrode procesing

 

精密平面研磨 SURFACE GRINDING

台湾磨床加工设备,尺寸公差能保证±0.001mm以内,清角可达R0.02以下,光洁度可达 Ra0.05,最小沟槽0.07mm。

The Taiwan grinding machine tolerance can be guaranted within±0.001mm, clearance angle can reach R0.02 or less, maximum finish：Ra0.05, min .groove width：0.07mm
